Stephen Tong, Founder
Stephen is the driving force behind the company. He loves solving business issues using analytical methods and design thinking approach.
Stephen holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (first class honour) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a masters degree in Management (distinction) from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom.
Before venturing
into businesses, he worked as a Graduate Engineer at MTR Corporation
Limited, a consultant at Ernst & Young in the Technology, Media and Telecom sector, and a Graduate Executive at
DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.
He is the chief advisor for a Hong Kong local retail business in marketing, IT, finance & human resources. He is also responsible for the organization's business transformation as well as strategic planning.
